Place your marble rye slices in the toaster. I prefer my toast on the crispier side, but you can toast yours to your own personal preference.
As your bread toasts, crack two eggs into your microwave egg cooker. Add salt and pepper. With a fork, whisk until combined. Close the lid, and microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds. While your eggs cook, slice an avocado in half and discard the pit. Scoop your avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork. Set aside.
When your toast is ready, divide your mashed avocado between the two slices, spreading it to the edges.
Grab your cooked eggs from the microwave and carefully open the lid (there will be steam!). With a fork, cut and mash the cooked egg until it's broken up into a scrambled egg consistency. Add this on top of your avocado toast, dividing it between the two.
Now, drizzle your avocado lime crema on top of your toast. Some other optional toppings that would work well are chili flakes, hemp seed, or sesame seed.
Serve while hot!
